On the North Island, you’ll find the vibrant city of Auckland, known as the "City of Sails"...
On your arrival at Guwahati, you will be transferred to your hotel. Next, you will visit the famous Kamakhya Temple, which is located on Nilachal Hill. In the evening, you can enjoy a sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra River (optional). Overnight stay at Guwahati
After breakfast, proceed to Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for the one-horned Rhinoceros. On arrival, check into your wildlife resort and relax. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay will be near Kaziranga.
Early morning jeep safari to Kaziranga National Park to spot the rhinos, elephants, wild buffalo, etc., and exotic birds. Return to the resort for breakfast. Afternoon free time, or go for a second safari. Overnight stay.
After breakfast, proceed to Shillong, the “Scotland of the East.” En route, visit the scenic spot of Umiam Lake. In the evening, explore the local markets. Overnight stay in Shillong.
After having your breakfast, it is time to head back to Guwahati for your onward journey with the beautiful memories that you would have collected from the wild and cultural treasures of Assam.
